With your Ayurveda Health Counseling session, you can expect to receive:

—A wellness questionnaire, completed by you and reviewed by Jess, which will help guide our session together.

—1 Zoom call in which we’ll review your questionnaire, address struggle areas, and create goals.

—Up to 3 micro-goals which we will set together (and I will email to you) which will be the focus for you after our session.

—Unlimited email/messaging support during the duration of the month of your session. The key is building an on-going, trusting relationship where habits can be made and implemented, and true change can be made.
